At Gheyma 3D, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please read the following policy carefully, as 3D-printed items have specific conditions.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason, only for non-custom, standard products purchased directly from our website.
The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any additional refund fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The item was purchased within the last 10 days

  • The item is not custom-made or personalized

  • The item is in unused condition and returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom 3D prints, including items made to your specifications, uploaded models, or approved quotations

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature or intended use

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Once a custom or quotation-based order has been printed, it is considered final and non-refundable.We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned item or confirmed proof
